When will my order be delivered?
Every order is specially prepared and takes around 5 to 7 working days to print (and frame, if selected). We try our best to dispatch it earlier. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery. Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver our prints internationally. Kindly reach out via email or WhatsApp to ensure a smooth and clear process.

What if my print arrives damaged?
It is your right to check your print at the time of delivery. In the rare case your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Send clear photos of the print and packaging (even if the box looks fine) via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

Do I need to pay a delivery fee to the delivery person?
If a free delivery offer is not available at the time of placing the order, then yes — you will need to pay the delivery charges directly to the courier.

I don’t have an exact idea of what the sizes look like. How can I know that?
You can view sample images of different sizes here. Additionally, feel free to WhatsApp us for actual photos of available frame and size options.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeline, please contact us via email or WhatsApp so we can look into it urgently.
