When will my order be delivered?

Each order is specially prepared and takes around 5 to 7 working days to print (and frame, if selected). We always try to dispatch it sooner. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery. Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 days after dispatch.

What if my print arrives damaged?

It’s your right to inspect the print at the time of delivery. In the rare case your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us right away. Send us clear photos of the damaged print and its packaging (even if the box looks fine) via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Do I need to pay a delivery fee to the courier?

If there’s no free delivery offer active at the time of your order, then yes — delivery charges must be paid directly to the courier upon receiving the package.

I’m not sure what the sizes look like. How can I visualize them?

You can view a helpful size guide here. If you need more clarity, feel free to WhatsApp us — we’ll send you actual photos of sample sizes and frames to help you choose better.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I return my order?

All our prints are made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged. However, if you’re still not satisfied even after receiving your order, please reach out — we’ll see how we can assist you.

Can I exchange my print for a different size or design?

As each piece is custom-made, exchanges are not available. However, we’re happy to guide you in selecting the right size based on your space before you order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. Just send us a message via email or WhatsApp. After 24 hours, production may have already started.
